BrightStar Care is actively building a reliable Bench Team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for on-call, last-minute, and short-notice cases in in-home care settings. Most assignments are hospice-focused, involving oral medication management, comfort care, and client safety monitoring.

Shifts are typically 8 or 12 hours, and may include day, night, or weekend coverage. We operate 24/7 and need flexible, committed RNs and LPNs ready to step in when care is urgently needed.

💵 Pay Rates:

Registered Nurse (RN): $45/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35/hour

💼 Job Requirements:

Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR (BLS) certification
Negative 2-Step TB Test
At least 2 year of nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred)
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Clean background check and drug screening
Comfortable working around pets in client homes
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
