Join the BrightStar Care team as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) / Caregiver, where you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We specialize in assisting clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, transferring, hygiene, showering, companionship, and transportation.

Pay & Schedule
- Wages: $15–$17 per hour (Paid Weekly)
- Availability: Friday–Monday (Work at least 3 days)

- Day, Evening, and Overnight Available

Key Responsibilities
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assisting with showers, personal hygiene, and bed baths
- Safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts
- Monitoring vital signs
- Providing toileting assistance, including briefs, urinals, and bedpans
- Delivering basic and advanced dementia care
- Helping with repositioning for comfort
- Transportation support
- Pet care

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) / Caregiver
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (may vary by client needs)
- Current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working around household pets (cats/dogs)
- Valid physical and negative 2-step TB test
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Must comply with Drug-Free Workplace policy and pass drug screening
- Must successfully pass FBI and state background checks
