Are you a dependable caregiver who thrives during overnight hours? BrightStar Care is seeking reliable Overnight Caregivers who can remain awake for the entire shift to ensure client safety and provide exceptional care.
Overnight Shift Requirements
Must be available for one or more of the following overnight shifts:
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
⚠️ Must remain awake during entire overnight shift
Orientation Requirement
If hired, attendance at our 2-Day Orientation is required:
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay & Schedule
- Wages: $15–$17 per hour (Paid Weekly)
- Overnight shifts available immediately
- Weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities
- Overnight monitoring and supervision
- Assisting with toileting and incontinence care
- Repositioning for comfort and skin integrity
- Fall prevention and safety monitoring
- Light housekeeping and meal prep
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with ADLs as needed
- Dementia care support
- Transportation (if required)

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiver/PCA experience preferred
- Must be able to stay awake during entire overnight shift
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (varies by client)
- Comfortable working around pets
- Current physical & negative 2-step TB test
- CPR & First Aid Certification
Requirements
- Must comply with Drug-Free Workplace policy
- Must pass drug screening
- Must pass FBI & State background checks
- Must attend 2-day orientation (Tuesday & Wednesday)
